Message from the Dean

The College of Arts and Sciences is home to remarkable faculty and students. We accomplish a lot together, and I feel privileged to serve as the dean. In particular, the level of involvement of the faculty and students in shaping and improving our undergraduate programs, from the new general education curriculum to the new College Undergraduate Research Electronic Journal to CollegePalooza, our springtime celebration of the arts and sciences. The Dean's Advisory Board continues to provide strong leadership in these and other areas, and I'm looking forward to another great year of working with them and with other students to make the College's outstanding undergraduate experience even better.
